I received my Verizon bill in the mail today, and there were miscellaneous charges on my bill again. My bill last month had $12.98 in extra charges to the United Kingdom on it and this month has $23.88 to england.

Here are the dates and times of the calls that I supposedly made to ENGLAND. The UK number is 442073358468.

Last month I called USBI and told them that I didn't make any calls. They told me they would credit the amount to my account within two billing cycles, and would put a block on my line so that it would not happen again. When I recieved my Verizon bill today they had credited the $12.98 but to my surprize there were more charges!

I called them again today and they just told me the same story; we will credit your bill and put a block on your line. Is this ever going to stop? If there is anything else that can be done I would greatly appreciate any information that could be provided.

I will keep this situation updated and let you know if there is anything on my next phone bill!!

I received my bill today from verizon and finally my bill was correct!! No extra charges from any bogus companies. I guess the block that verizon offered me worked. I hope that all of you get your bills fixed too. Good luck, and I hope that this is the last for me. I guess i'll see next bill.

USBI, Telliss, and One Call Communications

I called USBI today to get information on the company Telliss that charged my Verizon phone bill they gave me thier customer service number 1-877-770-2022 DO NOT call this number if they give it to you it is someones Home number in Canada. She said she had recieved over 30 calls just today.

So I called USBI back and tod them about this bogus number that they gave me and of course they knew nothing about it, that was the only number that had for Telliss. I told them so what are you going to do charge me for another long distance call to Canada now? I also asked for Form 499A Filer ID# and Registration # so I could file a complaint with the FCC ( witch I had already done) and they didn't even know what that was....go figure....

I also called Verizon that had them memo my account of what is going on. They offered me a miscellaneous block that I could be put on my line...we will see if it works....

I haven't received my next phone bill yet to see what suprize i will fine...but when I do update again. If anyone had any more information that would be benefical to me I would greatly appreciate it.
