This company is unbeleivable. I would never advise for any one to sign up for this service. This is a "cheap alternative" to cable tv. you have probably seen it on the TV or internet ads. $19.95 a month and it saves you all of this money compared to your local TV cable company. BULL CRAP!!!
First, after the money being deducted from my account through my debit card, I found out that I was not eligable for service. i was told that the money would be put back into my account with in 4-5 days. Well, here it is almost 2 months later and after calling these people at least 3 times a week, I stll have not seen my money $75 is not alot of money but the point is it is mine.
I have heard every excuse in the book. I have been told just wait a few more days at least 5 times. I have even been told that they were sending a check in the mail just to get me to shut up. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Do not ever give your account info to these people. They are theives and liars. And by the way, You can never speak to the same person twice and there are so many "managers" that they don't even know each other.

Thank You Tim matter. Unfortunately, I did get my attorney involved.(I am a paralegal) The Company filed bankruptcy and that is that. I did contact the CEO with phone calls and emails. I am always professional on the phone but none of these tactics worked. My money is now their money. I wish you the best of luck if you are considering doing business with this company.

Yes you can get your money back. Stop trying to contact thru usdtv. Find the president and CEO of the company that just recently took over the assets of usdtv. Send letters and make phone calls. Never curse be very professional. Be sure to make them believe you will get your attorney involved if need be... The squeeky wheel always gets the grease.. Good luck Misty. Tim
Ps: I see your in FW. Why no reception? I'm in Melissa and thinking about trying them. However I will not pay installation fees up front. I will do the install myself then call them for the hook up...

I am still dealing with this. You will not beleive the lengths that these people will go to in order to steal peoples money. They have now changed email adresses so that none of my complaints can be heard and the telephone # to the "Billing" department wich is responsible for giving people their money back has all been changed. They No longer work. Call it and see. 1-800-381-4198. This is amazing.. All over $75. Can you beleive that there are actually companies out there like this?
