USSHIPPETS TRANSPORT SERVICE I sent by Western Union $ for the purchase of a puppy and shipping, no puppy delivery, wanted more $ as an insurance fee before delivery, which I did not, end results, no puppy, lost money. I wanted to purchase a puppy bull terrier.  Found one on Craigslist Tampa, Fl Contacted the person, she responded. I said I wanted a female, we exchanged info, she sent pictures, I agreed to drive to Texas to get the pet she indicated she was serious Evangelical that she was no longer in Fl but in Texas. And suggested pet courier, I asked if it was reliable and safe she said yes, that she had used it before and that she would go register the dog, and have the courier contact me after I gave her my info, name, address etc the courier called giving instructions to WU the cost of the dog plus $410.00 plus $120 shipping fee, which I did and he said the dog was delivered and ready to ship last night 6/29/2016 at 10:10 flight from Dallas to Alabama and the rest of the trip would be by van. That I would receive the dog by noon time to my door. Courier calls and says the puppy is in Alabama and mentions for the first time when "supposedly" the dog is 45 minutes from crossing the Florida border that I must pay $2,500 by Western Union for a lifetime insurance protection on the dog that will be refunded in cash form to me upon delivery of dog. Well, I contacted the Seller and let her know and she was supposedly surprise, worried about the pup and saying she could help me with that but to promise to return the money to her. I mentioned to her and the courier why I couldn't purchase coverage online, why I couldn't track the dog myself, and all I got was that if I didn't pay I could get sued and charged for abandonment of the animal. I mention that this action seemed like fraud, they acted offended, called me infinite times, texted many times and argued that they would have to pay get this $3000 to get the puppy back.  And, where is my money.  My guess the puppy never was shipped and they were trying to rip me off some more.
