Ordered fuel hoses. Used Paypal. Didn't receive anything for weeks. Used Paypal to file a claim and put a hold on the money. The hoses were suddenly shipped. Had a $200 core charge deposit on some of the hoses. I sent back the old hoses, but never received my $200 back. Brian Welker did not respond to any emails or phone calls over a period of weeks. Seems to be a systemic pattern of behavior looking at other complaints about Brian.
