I ordered appx $425 worth of parts from Brian at V12Performance. a few days after the order was made, with payment via Paypal, Brian sent an email saying he had cancelled the payment and requested a new payment be made to brian@filmproproducts.com. Payment was made.

Brian placed a pre-ship notification with USPS and then never shipped. My queries have gone unanswered, as have my phone calls.

It turns out there is an entire thread on v12Jaguars.com about Brian and the people that have been subjected to the same treatment. Members of the forum have not had sucess with Paypal resolution or a refund of their monies.

I suspect that I am just the newest member of the club...
