Valere Anti-Aging Serum Valere Skin Sent to collections on a product that was never received. Attemping to collect $98.71 Internet

This company has sent me a letter in the mail via a collection agency called collect pros. They have stated that I owe the company Valere Skin $98.71 for a product I never even recieved. There is no customer service number, no email, no form of contacting the company in any way whatsoever. The collection agency states you are able to dispute the charge but when you enter your Ref. number it states all the information is accurate, (which they didn't ask to verify) and ask for payment. I have gone on their facebook website where you can see many other customers are having the same complaints with this company. They should be shut down. I am sure there are many people who fall for their scam and have money taken from them and their credit damaged because of these theives.
