Valorebooks.com thieves, scammers Boston Massachusetts

 Valorebooks.com cannot be trusted. This agency has a textbook sell back program, yet they accept your book and do not offer a payment. I sold a book that I bought for $116.00, in which they only agreed to pay $48.00. They contacted me on  9/11/13 stating that they received the book, then contacted me on 9/13/13 stating that a check was mailed to my residence. Today is October 4th, and I have not received a check. They limit communication to their agency and do not supply a phone number. You must send an email to the customer service department and wait 48 hours for a response. In my search for their contact number I came across hosts of complaints about this agency. They have scammed starving students, single mothers, etc. With rising education costs, it saddens me that an online agency takes advantage of individuals seeking higher education and a brighter future.
