Beware that if you order a TV (claimed to be "in stock!") from these guys, they'll first try to strong-arm you to buy a $70 warranty for $150, plus upgraded shipping fees for expedited delivery. Paying as much as $80 for faster delivery gets you an HDMI cable for free that they claim is worth $200, but you can buy the same cable elsewhere for $20.

Next... they'll charge your credit card immediately, without even shipping!

All promises of shipping within 24 to 48 hours are false, as well as their claim to rapidly respond to your emails and to give you a detailed receipt.

A week later, (with me persistently bugging them) they admitted to never having had the TV in stock in the first place, so I cancelled the order (after they at first claimed it couldn't be cancelled). Then, they wanted a 3 1/2 % "restocking fee!" Wha'? They never stocked anything, shipped anything, or restocked anything! This is in the hands of my credit card company now, who will enforce a full refund.

Finally, you should take a look at their glowing reports on Nextag. All 5-star reviews from "independent reviewers", but the reviewers all seem to be the same person! They nearly all spell the word "I" in lower case ("i"), and mostly use similar language to praise this bizarre organization. Equally amazing, is that practically nobody posts these rave reviews on Saturdays (wow, look at that... they're closed on Saturdays!). The reviewer must not be working that day ;-)

Don't walk. RUN away from these folks!
