Van Nest True Value Hardware & Paint Inc aka Van Nest Hardware located at 669 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10462. The owner, WILLIAM C. PEDONE is an older man, usually with glasses. Very rude and obnoxious creature. He has cursed almost every individual he comes across. The owner speaks very rudely to all women, even his daughter at the store. He has no care in the world for his customers!!! Many customers get RIPPED OFF from this store. Items are returned to store and you get mistreated with foul attitude by the owner. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again. SHOP ELSEWHERE!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING MISTREATED!!!! I am shocked this guy is still in business with his tone and attitude.

I am writing to resolve personal attacks and issues stated in a complaint from 2014. This was an issue between neighbors of our business that have since been resolved by the parties involved. This complaint was a personal grievance and has since been resolved amicably in favor of both parties.
We all try very hard to improve our positions in life as well as the neighborhood which we serve. It is with great hope that we continue to work with our neighbors to resolve personal issues and differences of opinion. We choose not to air them in a public forum. Thank you.
