Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Company ripoff, Can't refinace Vanderbilt loan........Monopoly is why Maryville Tennessee

Took Almost 6 yrs but I got refianced... Local bank got me 10% instead of 16.25% and instead of 20 yrs left to pay I have 12 yrs to go and to top it all off my payment went from $574 to $510 a month..... Thank you GOD for getting me out of the Vanderbilt Monopoly.....Good luck all ...

Biggest liars and cons in the financial
business. Their employees have been trained to lie cheat and con all customers.

Associates housing finance also owned my citifinancial got sued in 2001 to 2004 for packing loans and adding additional finance
charges and insurance premiums to loans.

With out the customer concent. They lost the law
suit in 2004 in the amount of 215,000,000.00 then there lons were transfered to vanderbilt
finance.

They not only added in extra charges but they financed the loans backwards. They financed the loan with the down payment still added in to purchase price, added interest to all cost, taxs
etc. Then on the loan they made it look like they only added interest to the purchase of the home.

We bought our home in 1997 to find out in 2004
that associates had redone our loan the day after we signed our contract and added in 12963.
in credit life insurance premium for insurance.

This is only a short summary of what they have
done. But no lawyer will help us because of the coat involved in fighting corp. businesses.

So you need to file a complaint with the state banking & finance office, insurance commissioner
office of your state & the federal trade commission asap.
