Vapamore Salmax LLC F rating for Fraud, D for deceptive and 5 Stars for overall insulting the intelligence of their buying consumer Internet

How many reviews out there are really REAL? Not this company!

This all starts out simple, I went researching steam cleaners on the Internet since my last cleaner  died,  ended up focusing on the www.Vapamore.com.  I consider myself a somewhat savvy internet buyer, but still want to have trust in the written word.

First stop Amazon.com,   glowing  5 star reviews far outweigh the few 1 stars. Who really looks farther?  I go to their website www.vapamore.com and looks good, professional even a press release talking about being the leading manufacturer of steam cleaner products  and quoting caveat emptor as other companies are selling inferior knockoffs of their high quality product they manufacture (according to them).

A quick Google takes me to more sites and blogs with good reviews. I am sold.

Back to Amazon.com and order.  My package arrives with my Vapamore Mr-100 Primo. I mistakenly open it upside down and see the bottom of the box first.  3 words Made in China. Okay, momentary stop. I thought it was made by them, but move on.  Having knowledge of steam cleaners, I am not impressed by anything, appears to be similar to my old one.

This is where MY report starts Nagging at me,  I feel a bit stupid so I went back to my web searches that led me to buy the Vapamore.AND WOW. I now see all of this for what it is. I found the reviews I read before, but looked closer and started to see what is going on, they write their own reviews and then actually lie when they get caught! Ed Hurd is a busy guy!  and then  to going on forums on Google web forum to figure out what is wrong with his website, BTW www.vapamore.com. Busted!

How else does a company that only put up their website 2 years ago as I found with 2 minutes of research  www.waybackmachine.org  make themselves look like and talk like they have been around  forever.   What a scam!

It only got worse when I  went  back to Amazon.com.  What appeared to be great reviews before,   I could now see through them and  was I duped!  I found they had been caught at this before and reading more, they  clearly  still manipulate their reviews,  they just got better hiding themselves.

The last straw was returning  back to www.vapamore.com  and reading the Press Releases from Randy Marchetti  at  www.Vapamore.com,  I suppose  the other owner? Now I read their statements with a different eye find some are absurd  and I am pretty sure illegal. They are not manufacturers, their products  arent  any better,  they are fearing people away from other products to buy theirs.  Internet or not, I want to buy on trust and this  company  is full of deception and double talk.

Lesson learned!! Anyone can write a 3 sentence review,  buy a website and create a perception......but eventually  Ed Hurd and Randy Marchetti  your busted!  Start working on your reviews now.

Anyone out there living in Scottsdale, Arizona,  go check out the Vapamore manufacturing facility and report back! Im on my way to Goodwill and give this thing away, thoroughly disgusted and past my 7 day return.
