VEHICLE LOAN MODIFICATIONS Richard Davis LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM Internet

At the beginning of the month of June 2011, I contacted Richard Davis of the company "Vehicle Loan Modifications" to refinance my auto loan I had through Santander. I successfully got in contact with him for about one month, but after Santander contacted me and told me that they had not been in contact with Richard Davis and that my vehicle was going to be repossessed, I quickly realized that he was just a con artist preying on vulnerable cunsumers who really needed help trying to improve thier financial situation. I paid him $500.00 for a loan modification that I never received; and almost lost my truck after being about three months behind. He told me that after he got all the terms settled, that I would be up to date on my payments, but Santander never even heard anything from this Richard Davis out of California. I called him one friday and saturday over 70 times from various phone numbers - unsuccessfully. Dont do business with this con artist.
