I paid with my credit card a service of $2.95 to check a vin number on my vehicle.  I order this service on Friday,and cancelled on Monday the company gave me a conformation number for the cancelation. The company charged an additional $29.95 to my credit card.I called the company, and ask for a refund  for the $29.95, and they refused. The agent told me a trial period of 3 days to cancel, to avoid paying the $29.95. I called my bank to file a claim, and they cannot help me because the company charged the $29.95 to my card on Friday. They did not wait 3 days, my card was charged the same day I used their service. This is a total rip off. I feel since the 3 days were not honored, they should refund my $29.95. Thank You.
