VEMECO, Will not honor any repair for the Three year Extended Warranty Bedford Texas

I Purchased a 3 year Extended Warranty plan on 02/09/2007. The cost of the plan was $3,180.00.

When I tried to get repairs done on 4/16/2008. The problem was a bad A/C compressor covered in the warranty. The dealership, Crown Kia in Gadsden, Al. could not get intouch with anyone at the contact numbers provided in the warranty information to get approval for the repairs on my van.

My son spent most of the past two (2) days calling all of the companies and numbers listed in the Warranty documents, all claim no responsibility for the contract, stating that they were only the Broker, or only the Administrator and they could not honor the repairs because the contract was insured by Capital Assurance Risk Retention Group Inc, 1327 Ashley River Road, Bldg. C, Suite 200, Charleston, SC 29407. This company is currently in receivership under control of the South Carolina State Department of Insurance, 803-737-6239.

The contract has several company intities written in large bold letters on the contract, but none have taken responsibility for this warranty plan They are as follows:
