VENETIAN RESORT Wrongful Advertising - Fraudulant Charge Las Vegas Nevada

In November 2008 we recived a promotional flyer from Venetian Resort informing us that we have been offered a three night complimentary stay at Venetian along with other promotional items. Upon our arrival we were assured that there will not be any charges for our stay, but we should submit our crdit card for incidental charges. Upon our departure we were never told about any charges until I received my Venetian Credit Card Statement and to my surprise I had been charged$358.61.
I immediately called the Venetian and reported the error, and I was told that their accounting office will take a look into it and reverse the charge.
A week later I never received a call back, therefore I called again and I was told that there was not any record of my call, and I was promised that if stay was a complimentary, charges will be removed. Now after over six months and tens of emails, calls, and faxes, the charge remains unresolved.
I even called Bank Of America (Venetian Credit Card is through BOA), and I was also told that they will investigate the matter and resolve it. I just received a response that after a "THROUGH!!??" investigation they have come to the conclusion that I better forget about any refund or correction!!
I have already reported this case to the AG in State of Nevada awaiting their independent investigation and response.
My hope is that there are not too many innocent people falling into their wrongful advertising and fraudulent charges.
