Verizon Telephone Co. North ripoff Verizon cost my company thousands of dollars by not listing my business in the yellow pages phone book Dallas Texas

I own a beauty & Barber College. I have contacted Verizon for the past three years as to why my company is not listed in the yellow pages of Ft. Wayne phone book.

I have been passed from one representive to another trying to get this problem solved. Finnaly I were told that I would be contacted within 7 to 10 days with an answer. I still have not heard anything form any of the representives I spoke with.

Verizon has cause me to lose thousand of dollars. I were the only school of its' kind in Ft. Wayne, IN, which were much needed. I'm told constantly that potiential did not know the school were in Ft. Wayne bcause it is not listed in the yellow pages with the other schools.

I do plan to file a Class Action Law Suit. I desperately need a good business lawer.
