I paid for only one month for a game for a friend as a gift. The game is not active at this time and the "subscription" was cancelled the day after I was charged the second time. So they (very games) received funds ($52.13 USD) for a service that is not active at this time. They also need to word thing better on their site It stated a "Month Subscription" not "A Monthly Subscription". I am not a stupid women and I can read a web site. I did however fail to read terms and conditions, thats my fault. If I had known there was a subscription I would have made sure it was cancelled after the first month. I was charges a second time on Feb 22, 2012 on Feb 23, 2012 the account cancelled. So, bottom line is I was charged for an account I do not have with very games $52.13 US dollars is what was taken from my account, on a cancelled inactive account. FYI I do not have an account with VeryGames when was told to go through thier support tab, I cannot go through their web site because I am not a member. I have told this several times to the "Billing Dept". Every time I emailed Billing they told me they could not help me.

I purchased through PayPal and did put in a claim. The claim was Denied and my money will not be refunded at this time.

Refund

AUTHOR: Wendyleigh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 28, 2012

After a week of email and nastiness from both sides. I was given a refund minus the one day it took me to catch the withdraw. I personally feel these people are awful. They treat their customers badly, emails from them were not nice at all from the start, they never told me at any time they would refund my money at all. They were mad when I took matters into my own hands and went to paypal and my bank. I should have known  this company was a problem when I paid though paypal, a trusted site, and they shut down the game after they received the money until I sent a photo copy of my ID, account not mine btw I paid for a friend. I will never do business with this company again. I had to fight to get the game then fight to stop game. Funny though they shut the game down for a day and half, I did not receive the extra time for them but they certainly took the money for it.
