I ordered a sample of these two products, NyDerma Firming Face Serum and Vibrante Eye Revitalizing Eye Cream, expectingto pay $4.95 postage each. But my Discover Card was quickly billed $89.15 and $89.85 for orders I did not request, did no receive, and did not want. Since I am hard of hearing my husband phoned Discover Card to see what could be done about it, and was told that I would need to rquest a refund, a cancellation of any supposed contract (which I do not have!), along with a cancellatiion confirmation number. I have filled out a complaint form for NuDerma on line. Whether I will receive my refund remains to be seen. I certainly hope you can help me and I thank you very much if you can.

If you haven't yet, check out the Federal Trade Commission website, they may have info that can help you.
If you don't get a refund from the company, contact Discover again, they might just need proof you did everything you could before they can attempt a chargeback. Document everything you can.
