 Vic's restoration & Construction Co is a rip off.  I had a House Fire. He has a scanner that tells him where a house fire is and moves in for the kill, he will be your best freind and lure you in.  He will push his way into your life, he will tell the insurance Co. he is  your contractor for the rebuild of your home.  He will lie to the insurance Co.

His work is unbeleably bad, poor workman ship, knows nothing about construction, he left my house a mess.  I had another contractor try to fix the defective construction but there was only so much he could do.  The electrical and mechanical were beyond repire.  My electrical system still does not work.  The A/C does not work.

 Vic will file false documents.  Anything to get the job.  Vic has been arested more than 4 times for assult, is know to forge documets. His MO is to load up the job with as much material and little labor as possible, do as little work as necessary build up the dollar amount and lien your property.  He has no intention of completeing  the project.

 He was more than six liens on other propertys and has won the dicissions.  He goes unpunished.  He has expensive attorneys doing his dirty work.  He is dangerous and natorious.  I have spent Thousands of dollars in attorney fees to fight this rip off artist. 

He keeps no records has no reciepts, uses illegals for labors and then they disapper when needed for testimony.  He works without a legal contract or scope of work. As of now per Contractors State Licenses Board  he is not to work in the County of L.A.  Watch Out For Vic's Restoration and Consturction.
