Viddyoze does not honor their refund policy. It's been over a week now and they haven't initiated it. I have sent two messages via PayPal and they have yet to start the process. This is ridiculous. I am out nearly $100 CAD. Their 30 Day Gauranteed Money Back policy, blasted all over their website, is a scam. This process should be automatic. It shouldn't take this long.
