Village On The Lake Apartments - Finger Companies Expensive Dump!! Houston Texas

Trash and wild animals are everywhere! If you even think about moving here, think again! You will regret it! The wild animals walking around outnumber the people here (literally). The trash compactor is broken, so trash is just piled on the sidewalk near the exit (which brings even more animals). Dead rodents and wild animal feces around the stairwells are becoming an everyday thing. My neighbor throws loud, drunken parties regularly, and is neither deterred by magement nor the police. I really wish I could get out of my lease. I am miserable and too embarrassed to have visitors because of how horrible the property looks. I'm also concerned about my personal safety, given the fact that raccoons, possums, poisonous snakes, and alligators are roaming the property. The property is not AT ALL well lit, so walking to your car can be a terrifying experience! =(
