Vinesse wines did not send award points westlake village California

Got an offer from United Mileage Plus to buy $41 worth of wine and receive 6,500 bonus points.  Ad:  "Earn 6,500 award miles and enjoy 6 exceptional wines for just $41.95."  Sound straightforward, right?

Ordered, got and drank the wine.  Never got points.  I called.  

Them:  "You only get 2,500 for the first wine shipment."

Me:  "That is not what it says on your website.  This is misleading."

Them: "It is in the terms and conditions"

OK - whatever.  Me:  "Then please send me my 2,500 points."

Them:  "Looks like you had gotten wine through American Airlines a few years ago, so we won't give you the United points."

Mark, the service manager, then dodged my question about 30 times when I asked him where this policy is stated.

This is super cheesy.  Avoid this wine club people!  Full of trickery.
