Vinmak asset managemet Group Eric Mederos Set you up with multipule jobs at once, peace meal you along, then NEVER pay up !!! totaly ignore you and do it all over again Livermore California

Vinmak Asset Management Group,out of Livermore, Ca. Owned by Eric Mederos, from what public records indicate, but it shows he is involved in other businesses as well. Basically in my situation this is what took place, I was hired to do work on one of their properties,all went well i did the work i was paid right away. Then more work and was paid. Everything was fine and of course it was all done by written contract(there Contract), but none the less all went well, as every job had a start date and a end date I was told by the agent i dealt with dont worry about the dates, they are just put in there for book keeping, and they always added on more work then the contract was originally, some had add ons  by another contract and some was just verbal.

Then they had me doing multipule jobs all at the same time, some even in different states, we kept on going, more work more money sounded good!!! Well it got to be where the payments were getting slower and slower, but never a problem paying for materials, just couldnt get paid for labor.Was told by my contact at Vinmak wasnt sure was was going on, but they were having money problems.So, they stopped one job till money was available again so i was told.According to their own contract that means they pay for what is done, But they didnt. Last check i ever got was thousands of dollars short of what they owe me.

I was never fired, or told my work was bad, NO nothing everything was fine, i was to keep working and they would pay me. I stopped working, and tried forever to get my money, they wouldnt even answer the phones in their office...What kind of company doesnt answer their own phones? In my opinon scammers DONT.I have come to findout they havd multipule judgements against them.No surprise, what do they say everyone does bad work? Im sure they say whatever they need to say.Except heres your money.The houses they rehab if you will, alot is just make it look good enough to rent or to sell.

I do not know if everyone connected with Vinmak is in on this, or its just the way they operate without any of their investors knowing the Real Truth. To contractors, homeowners, renters Beware.
