VIP Financing Solutions: Unreliable, unethical "company". Takes $495 setup fee, never sets you up with anything. Never answers/responds to any form of contact to resolve issue. Henderson Nevada

We have been working with VIP Financing Solutions via email and phone calls with a man by the name of Terry London to get set up with an account to offer financing to our clients. On April 21^{st, 2016} we paid a one-time setup fee of 495$ to them. I was then sent an application via email that required out basic business information. Terry London contacted me on April 27^th, 2016 to inform me that they were having a system update and to wait until that following Monday, May 2^nd to submit our paperwork.

I submitted the paperwork and received emails from them stating that our application has been submitted and that we will be contacted with where to send additional information for setup. After waiting 3 weeks and not receiving anything from them I had tried calling Terry London on 5/23/2016. I was sent to his voicemail, left a voicemail regarding the issue and also sent him an email to follow-up. He then called me back stating that the bank had been trying to contact us and had not received any response on our end. We never received any emails or phone calls with anyone trying to contact us regarding our setup.

Terry London told me he would look into the issue and verify all contact information that the bank had, andfollow up with me when it was taken care of. After trying to follow-up with a phone call and not getting any response from him I sent another email on June 6^th letting him know that I still did not have anything being sent over or anyone trying to contact me, and had not been able to get in contact with him since our last conversation in May.

I had tried calling him again on June 14^th to yet again be sent to his voicemail and received no response. I sent him another email letting him know that I need him to call me back as soon as possible to resolve this issue as nobody has gotten back to me or responded to any emails or phone calls. I still received no response from him. On June 21^st after being sent to his voicemail again I sent him another email, to which I received an email letting me know that my email sent to Terry London had been deleted without being read on June 22^nd at 8:46 am.

At this point I tried to find another form of contact for this company so I can get this issue resolved. I found a customer service number listed on their Facebook account as their website has no other way of contacting them besides submitting a contact form. If you are already in their system you cannot submit another contact form as it goes off of the email address submitted, leaving my only contact as Terry London. The customer service number listed on their Facebook account is an automated recording that informs you to visit their website and submit a contact form, and hangs up.

Both the owner and I have both tried calling on July 1^st and July 2^nd with no response. We looked up VIP Financing Solutions on the Better Business Bureau website to find that we are not the only ones that have had these issues with the exact same person. There is a total of 10 BBB complaints on this company, a few of them having almost the exact same issue that we have had, all of them having the same issues with not being able to contact anyone else at the company to resolve ongoing setup issues, account issues, etc. but Terry London and Terry London not responding to any emails or phone calls.

After reviewing these and not being able to contact anybody at this company we feel this is not a legitimate business and that we are being scammed out of 495$ setup fee. The services were promised but never delivered, and we have had no response to numerous voicemails and emails with Terry London, the only person at VIP Financing Solutions that I am able to contact regarding these issues.
