My name is Ahmad Ardebili Re: Realty trade contract REFUND: Acc number: 2009002159 I AM ACCEPTING ANY INDIVIDUALS FROM THIS COMPANY TO CALL AND RESOLVE THIS SITUATION. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY FULL REFUND. I have been lowered into purchasing and signing a contract after having a ms. Smiley contact my house many times. She keeps telling me that there are several offers WAITING for me to sign, and she can run those offers by me. Since I am a very motivated seller who doesnt need the time share anymore, I asked her if I sign, how soon I would be able to saleshe said, I have offers waiting for you. Peoperty was advertised at 19k, and I was even willing to take 15k for it. I got excited, I gave my Debit card number, and I had them charge $995 to my card. That was in 9/10/2009, since the payment, she has not answered her phone even ONCE. Very very very motivated to sale, so I would check my email every day. Also every month or so, I called to check up on the offers, which werent any. After the 3rd month, I knew this was not going to sale, I called, and I asked them to refund y money on 12/14/2009. Off course no refund as the contract Sais, you have to have your property listed 6 month for you to get a refund. I patiently waited, and waited, till 3/9/10, a day before the contract was up; I called, and requested refund. Angela on that date said she will forward my request to Marketing Department. She said, I dont need to have it in writing. I knew that was a way to get out of it, thus, I typed up a letter, and signed it, I faxed, emailed, and also certified emailed it to their Orlando, Florida address. 3/10/09 I spoke to 4 different people including Mark Stevens. They all refused to write a confirmation that my request been received, and that my refund is in process. Every answer was your information was forwarded to marketing, and they will contact you, once they get to it. Today is 3/31/10 and I contacted them again, after 1 hour of hold, and talking nice to the secretary, I was able to speak with Gyna Bien_aime, who told me 1 offer MAY have been missed in my email, I didnt know if I should laugh or take her serious to actually think this would fly. She offered a half discount as she keeps trying to say we did list your property on our website. So now I am waiting for management to call me. I will ask for full refund or refusal in writing. After this I was positive that this is scam, and what do you know, I did one google research, and there were more than 1000 complains on this company. I have all information on this company, and hope i can solve the situation before i have to do more work.
