I called 888-686-6886 to order a report/course called
"Short Sale Magic" for $49.95 I was told it would take
3to4 weeks for the material to arrive. This was on June 26, 2006. To this day Sept.2, I have not received the material.
My account has been billed. When I called to question the delay, I was directed to customer service. Customer service left a voice mesage, "away from desk, leave your name and phone number, will get back to you."
After several days withoout a responce, I called again. Same thing happened. After the third attempt some days later, I've come to the conclusion That there really no one monitering the phones, but rather an automated system to make it appear the have an office and a staff.
I called the number that was on the net to order the product, explained my problem, and the person transfered me to customer service. Guess what. Same results as before.
A rip off? You bet!! Think twice before working with this group. I not only want my money back, but I want to shut this place dowm.
