It is a RIPOFF. The web site says:...."Trust VitalChek when you need ..vital records - birth certificate, death certificate, etc...." BUT DO NOT. This company asks you to send $25.00 or more for documents that you can order yourself from the agencies for $5.00 (of course they do not tell you how to do that!). Then the document mailed does not come from this company but comes from the agency...you have to TRUST that this company told the agency what you requested. I did not get what I ordered. Then this company asked me to deal with the agency that I had not orered from! But they still took my money and did not care if I did not get what I ordered. It is a RIPOFF.
