Vitalrezv Ordered free trial for shipping costs only, Debit card was charged 79.95 that I did not authorize. China Internet

I ordered vital rezv for a free trial only to pay 4.95 in shipping cost. I get an email saying that they are having a problem with charging my debit card. I respond to the email to ask how I can get to my account to look at my information and to check my card number. I got no response from them. Then about a week or so later I recieve the product via express mail. I thought nothing of it, I figured that they fixed the problem. When I ordered this stuff I never read anything about being charged 79.95. I contacted my bank and they said that since I approved the shipping charge that they could not consider it fraud on my account. They did give me a phone number to call, I have been calling the number and all I get is a message saying that the mail box is full and can not recieve any messages. I am going to have to cancel my debit card and will probably never get my money.
