Vitalrezv was ordered on the internet and debit card information was given. I received an email stating they received my order. I did not receive the item in a resonable time frame and became suspicious. I sent an email requesting information about when I would receive the product. I did not receive a response. I then followed the instructions given to cancel the account both by phone (519-513-2218) a bogus number and internet (Vitalrezv@gmail.com and paulbundt@gmail.com) and was not able to do so. I tried several times to cancel the item to no avail.

I contacted my bank and told them that my debit card had been compromised and requested they cancel it. The card was cancelled and I figured I was safe.

After a few days, I checked with the bank and found where Vitalrezv had withdrawn $79.95 from my account. I questioned the bank as to why they could withdraw money when the card was cancelled. They advised me that Vitalrezv had withdrawn the money the day before I cancelled the card (several days prior to when they said they would charge the order), if I didnt cancel my account in the time frame allowed: (14 days). I filed a notice of dispute, and talked to a bank employee who had some knowlege of the internet and we began to trace where the money was sent. We were able to come up with a phone number 780-833-1139.

Further investigation revealed the number was out of Alberata Canada. I called the number and was able to talk to someone. I asked why I could not cancel the product using 519-513-2218 and she didnt have an answer for me. I asked why I couldnt cancel the item using the internet and she had no answer. I cancelled the account and advised I was filing a criminal complaint against them. A few days later the bank notified me that my account had been refunded $79.95 from Vitalrezv.

My advise would be to call the number given and cancel your account along with filing a police report. Maybe we can file a class action suit against these people for attempted internet fraud.

For all of you who have been ripped off by vitalrezv. There is an agency that will take your complaint online and forward it to the proper authorities. All you have to do is follow the instructions and state what had happened to you. It's easy and I feel if enough people file a complaint they will be brought to justice. www.ic3.gov. GOOD LUCK.
