Evidently the person who posted this ripoff report did not do any research when researching FMLA.  This person claimed to have to look up FMLA but they should have continued to read.  The beginning of the post stated that the want people to know why ticket costs are so high and it is supposedly because of the "FMLA abuse" but the person is an idiot who evidently has some kind of beef or quarrel with the woman the post is about.   Here is why...

#1.  An employee using FMLA does not cost a company a dime.  All FMLA does is allow a person upto 12 weeks of UNPAID leave with the guarentee that they will not get fires.

#2.  if this woman is an alchoholic that in and of itself it a good reason for her to be on FMLA.

#3.  Whatever the reason she is on FMLA she was able to get the paperwork filled out and signed by a physician.

and really why is the poster monitoring the comings ang goings of this woman?  If I was this woman I would consider a restraining order because the monitoring of daily activities and the confrontations could turn dangerous.

 SO you feel its ok to put someone elses personal business out on a public forum. You do realize that it is defamation of character and this site DOESNT remove posts. Since you had to give your personal information in order to post a slanderous and defaming post, if they want to know who you are to sue you, all it takes is a court order.

So big of you to drag someone elses personal life out and display it on the web. Your mother must be so proud of what a lowlife slime and bully that you are. It must tickle her to no end that you are no better then slime found at the bottom of dead yogurt. You could have reported this person to your HR dept. Which would have been the correct action to take. But nooooooooo, you have to sleeze your way online and air her problems to the world. I really hope she finds this and gets a court order to find out WHo you are. You deserve all the trouble that comes from being stupid.

Just because you can do something, doesnt mean you SHOULD do something. This is one of those situations that you SHOULD have avoided. You went about this the entire wrong way. You have no proof of your accusations. You have no idea if what you are saying is true. That is unless your her pill dealer, and thats a whole different ballgame. You are blasting someone that you have no idea about thier life other then the gossip you have heard and the reading you have done online.

I hope your brutish and definatly ILLEGAL actions cost you everything you hold dear. Because thats what you have done to this person. You may have cost her aggrivation and heartache and possibly her job. It must make you feel so good about being a busybody. This type of behavour is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I certainly hope someone does the same to you that you have done to another. Karmas a b***h.
