Fired on unfair and unreasonable terms over an employee being upset with me. No notice, no emails, no phone call in advance, and no opportunity to resolve conflict or appeal my case and defend myself was given nor considered. They refused to tell me the reasons why I was being fired. I was told it was "more than one offense" but if it was, and they had been planning to fire me well before, then why did it come the immediate day after the day of the upset, in the middle of a scheduled work week, when I still had more days scheduled to work? Surely, if they had really taken so much issue with me before, they would not have set me up for another weeks worth of work only to disrupt it willingly, but they did.

Additionally they encouraged me to work through breaks, and even lunches. My trainer reacted dismissively when I told her I was federally owed work breaks, and did not appear to care, nor take me seriously.

Criticism of my work is perfectly acceptable. I will always do my best to improve my performance in all aspects of my life, but that consideration was not given, despite asking for help, clarification, and critique multiple times.

Upon further research I've discovered from several other parties formally affiliated that not is this only far from the first time this has happened, (and as consequence, Vocademy have had considerable difficulty hiring and keeping employees) but it is only the tip of the ice burg.

I have heard rumors of adultery, confining contracts for teachers, staff sleeping around with other staff and even students alike, and terrible business practices that have been criticized and ignored consistently.

So if employee's are reading this, and ready to combat this review; You should have addressed your issues with me and my work while I was in your employment like a respectable company should, in professional, respectable approaches, instead of running your business like a personal clique. I will always welcome the criticism.
