When you work for this man you will get pay for the first few weeks. However this is only because you are getting paid through Upwork. He is going to do all he can do to have his Upwork account band, because he wants to come off Upwork. Now because Thomas Lee Crain have been paying you through Upwork you feel safe, He is going to tell you he is going to sort it out shortly so you must continue working until do does that. 

Mistake he is not a man you can trust, Charlene Silvia (his wife) is going to play to nice person with you and tell you she is going to work on your pay for you. This is never going to happen, the both of them Thomas Lee Crain and Charlene Silvia are criminals and they work and live together. They have no intention of paying you and when you ask them about your pay too much, they fire and block you on Skype. This is how he has been operating and if you check the many ripoff reports about him you will see it’s the same story over and over. I know people who got sick because they can’t buy food and when they tell him they are running low on everything they ignore the person.
