I found out that Vonage was continuing to draft monies from my banking account. I contacted my bank about small drafts being made so that I could be more aware of what was being paid out of my bank account. After finding out that Vonage was one of the drafts being made, I contacted them immediately to make them aware of this and that this account was closed more than two years ago. I hoped that I would be refunded after more than two years of drafts have been made. I disconnected this account May 18, 2011. They said, They would did connect today we did and  I went on trying to explain to them that It was disconnect over 2 years ago that I indeed expected a refund because I am low income and can't afford to give away money. They end up turning me over to and account manager whom I was told were the only ones that could refund monies, this man told me that unless I produced a disconnect tracking number he could no refund me.I was really upset, I do remember disconnecting. I went home search every note book that I had til I finally located a disconnect traxing # called them back the next day and  there was a other problem, now. I had two accounts all this is confusing to me. Why would I have two accounts ? so here I am looking through everything trying to find an answer. I need my monies back. Ok now, I do my research on line. I go to vonage online I find all I can about my account. I show Century Link final disconnect to my home was 2/13/2012. So there is no phone in my home. I check their records I show incoming calls to my pass home phone but I show nothing where I received these calls because I had no phone. I call them back and explaln all this to them, they have proof but they still refused to refund me my hard earn monies, which are just pennies to them. This company needs to be sued, they are not fair to the people that support them. I need every penny of my money back, now that I have read about the complaints they have received from other consumers. Please stop this unfairness. I have been talking with Vonage for a month now and I have heard there workers laughing out while I tried to explain myself to them, they listen to many unhappy people and I am one of them. Government should not allow companies of this natural to be open and take advantage of hard working people whom need help and are trying to do the best they can. HELP HELP HELP.
