This is my notice and complaint to Fair&Flawless/Vonhoven Cosmetics Inc.It is my understanding that Fair&Flawless 5x gel now has a Extra Strength gel and a Regular Strength gel.It is also noted that the former Fair&Flawless gel (now Regular strength)was sold to consumers previously in the consistency of Extra Strength.

without notices to buyers as myself sold that adjusted strength (lowered) to buyers of Fair&Flawless gel for the price of the Extra Strength that consumers thought they were buying as they always had.During a informational call your customer service representative acknowledged that the Fair&Flawless 5x gel had received a lower strength because people were using the gel on their faces walking around with "White" faces.

Please explain to your many consumers,why Fair&Flawless thought it was business savvy to change a product for which you sold for a specific price,without notifying each and every one of them,and then your company turn around months later with the product that consumers thought they were purchasing but wasn't because Fair&Flawless/Vonhoven Cosmetics Inc ddecided to hike up the price and sell this original formula as the *NEW*Extra Strength 5x gel,that formula you used to get consumers to buy the 5x gel.

Fair&Flawless/Vonhoven Cosmetics Inc,the comparisons of the FF 5x gel before you change the formula and the regular strength FF 5x gel is not the same you have lowered the whitening effects,so I on behalf of many FF/Vonhoven Cosmetics Inc buyers of Fair&Flawless 5x gel ask that you come up with a reasonable answer to this complaint,admitting all,of why one jar of FF 5x worked really well to whiten then the other bought today as regular strength works just like you say Regular!

Fair&Flawless Vonhoven Cosmetics Inc, also will not own to the fact that once you stop the use of their skin lightening/whitening products,the client skin will take on a darkening effect because of the use of their products ,causing disfigurement to the clients skin . Fair&Flawless Vonhoven Cosmetics has repeatedly said " You have to wear sunscreen" but many user are wearing sun block and am still getting massive dark marks all over the skin from discontinuing Fair&Flawless Vonhoven Cosmetics skin lightening/whitening products.
