I purchased a VOX External Hard Drive at Microcenter in Dallas and never received the promised $50.00 Rebate!
I submitted a rebate to VOX via mail on 6/17/2008 and have not received the rebate as promised.
I have never received the combined rebate for $50.00 from VOX. I have called, emailed several times, sent duplicate copies of the forms I submitted, and have only received the same response " a rebate will be mailed in about 3-4 weeks." I have not recieved the rebate as stated in offer #'s 11193 and
11194.
I have since files a complaint with the CA BBB, CA Consumer Affairs and the FTC. I also intend to send a written complaint to Microcenter in regards to this company and its products being sold in their stores with a "promised" rebate.
