Wachovia Dealer Services repossed truck after making payment agreement w/agent & another check on way Santa Ana California

wds has nothing but ignorant,rude,cold hearted people working for them. we have had an agreement with one of their agents and shnever called us back like she said she was. they told us we don't have to worry about our truck being taking due to we had a payment on the way. Come to find out they already had the payment and still had the truck taken the same day they recieved the payment.
so who ever reads this never, never have wds give you a loan for anything.we didn't even ask for them the company we got our truck through did that and never,never again.
