This is the SECOND time this "loan company" has taken an UN-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT out of my bank account.  They have now, for the second time, over drafted my bank account by an additional 400.00 (in over draft fees).  DO NOT get a car loan (or any other type) through them.  They don't care about what they do to your finances, so long as they get ONE payment.  I had a payment lined up that is now not going to get paid because of this happening.  Now they don't get my next loan payment.  It seems silly that they would take it out of my account without my consent, over draft it, and then expect another payment (that I now can not pay) afterward.
Don't use this company.  They will illegally take your money (without your consent) and then try and blame it on you.

It's known as right to set off.  There will be a section in your account agreement that describes it.
Essentially, by opening an account with them you give them the right to debit any account you may have in your name with their bank to pay an amount that you owe them.
You should give it a read sometime.  You'll be surprised at what other rights you give the bank.
