My 17 year old daughter ordered a wasit training belt from this company. She received the standard notification that the package was delivered, but there was nothing delivered to our home. When she looked into it further the package was apparently delivered to the same street address in another zip code. MY daughter called the customer service line indicated on the web page which goes directly to voicemail after a brief period on hold saying your call will be answered in the order it was recieved.  They never called her back and when she did finally get through they told her it was not their issue and my daugther needed to file a claim with the US Post Office.  I disagree.  Whatsawaist should make good on the $60 order that was placed to the customer that placed it and they should file claim with the delivery service that they contract with. Don't order from this group. The complaints I am seeing relate mostly to customer service which appears to me to be non-existant. I tried the on-line chat, but it is not a chat session rather they'll respond to me via emial at some point.  Go to d**k's Sporting Goods and buy your product from reputable company. This is a farce!
