Wal-Mart My Family Mobile Beware - Company Practice Should be Illegal! Florida

I chose Walmart Family Mobile thinking I would save money over my ATT plan.  I bought the phone, then went home and called for the phone to be activated.  After two days the phone STILL hadn't been actived.  I took the phone back to Walmart, got my money back and cancelled my account.  I foolishly had signed up for the auto-pay.  So the next month when I was billed for "service", they took the money from my bank account.  I called my bank and told them the story, they reinstated my money.  I've called Walmart Family Mobile three times in the last 2 months but all I'm told is that I must email the customer complaint dept.  They don't have a phone!  This was a HUGE red flag!!  I've emailed them twice, but still no answer from the company.  Today I get another bill for another month of "service".  I can't seem to get through to these people that I will not pay for "service" I never had!  Needless to say, I ran back to ATT as fast as I could and got REAL service from a reputable cell provider!!
