Wow my reading comprehension skills must really be off because I would have sure bet that you said you got a refill on December 31st...guess I was wrong.

I guess when I read you were taking 4 pills a day I must have been reading someone else's report. 

The same must go for when I read that after your pills ran out you didn't need them anymore

I guess when I thought you were thinking about taking it to the DEA I must have been dreaming.

Oh and since everything else I said was a lie...let me give you a real lie and see if you can tell the difference.  Yes I am an employee of Walgreens in fact to respond to your report I got paid $10,000.

Sadly I think the sarcasm will be lost on this character.

Robert' and Stacy's obsession with trying to make others think I'm an addict, thereby causing my true information to be invalid in the original report, makes them both appear to be nothing but Walgreens Moles, infiltrated on this site, paid to make all the reports on Walgreens look invalid.

I won't be reading any more of these Rebuttals, as they aren't constructive and all lies. Robert-YOU CAN'T ADD AND YOU CAN'T READ! Read my report again and do the addition yourself, which either you obviously didn't read and didn't add or you don't know how. All the numbers are in the report.

I won't be reading or responding to any more reports on this, as they are so full of illogical ideas, and not based on evidence. Or else you're just troublemakers with too much time on your hands. Get busy with something constructive-or do you even know how to do this?

Sorry but some of the things you are saying do have you come off as looking like an addict, or at the very least someone who is perhaps not remembering events clearly.

You talk about having to get a prescrption early on December 31st because they shorted you. Okay look at the date, it was the last day of the year.  You also talk about that come January 1st your insurance no longer covered it.  So while you try and claim it was because it was shorted..it sure looks like you got it as early as you could because you wanted it to still be covered under the insurance.    There is actually nothing wrong with that is the true case.

So one does have to wonder 2 years later if some things you are remembering are a bit skewed.

Then we get into the prescrption itself and the "addiction".  You apparently are taking 4 pills a day, every day for two months(okay close to it).  That would again be okay IF you needed them.  But unlike antibiotics where you must take the entire prescription, oxy and other pain control medication is an "as needed" situation.  So it seems very odd that one day you were taking these 4 pills and all of the sudden the next day when you were out you no longer needed them.  This is where you are coming off as not being totally forthcoming. 

Also, it would be "addict like" to basically hold a grudge this long.  After 2 years you still say you know everything that happened even down to the names involved.  And are only reporting it because you just found this site.  Well good..so can we expect that you will be posting additional "reports" of things that happened to you 2,3, or even 5 or more years ago?

There is one other curiosity.  If this bugged you so much and he was supposedly pushing you to get a refil.  Why didn't you call the DEA(or who ever) and say what was going on and set up a "sting".  You know..you could have had it filled, and immediatly turned it over to the DEA who would count the pills and if shorted could arrest him.  No..you would rather post unsubstantiated claims two years later, where even if there was anything going on there is no way to prove it.

Oh and as for the language.  If you don't use that language in everyday life, why did you feel you needed to use it here?  But if you want the comparison of the foul language..your language was many levels above the one word that was said that apparently set you off. 

I did count them after I realized that I was running short of the expected date to need a refill should that be necessary. I have this in my report and the Rebuttal to "Stacey". The first month when I came up short, I didn't really pay attention, and thought "it must be my mistake", as I am not one for blaming others on my own problems. But after the 2nd month when I then came up REALLY short, I started counting the pills, reading how many it said on the bottle. Reading the dates of the first fill and refill and after putting it all together, including my special pill box that has 4 compartments, which I'd fill up the night before, so I wouldn't forget how many pills I should take the next day - voila! I'd been shorted exactly 20 pills on each of the 2 prescrition fills and only given #100, which is a very common number for prescriptions, and I thought that the culprit deliberately did that number, just in case he got caught, because he then could say that that is a common mistake as so many fills are for #100-see? Then I knew, that someone did'nt just come into the house and steal some, as it wouldn't have been exactly 20 both times.

Yes, I DID confront this Tim Lapp pharmacist on the phone and he got very upset, angra and defensive and wouldn't even look into it. That's when I just suspected it was him a guilty conscious attitude), but had a hard time accepting that, as he had gained my trust through the years. I suspected because of his unusual rude response to me on that phone call. And, after all, he did say that HE was the one who filled those 2 prescriptions, so "there's no way there could be a mistake" balonie.  

Then, after about a month and 2 months and possibly beyond, he kept asking me about that particular prescription's 3rd refill. 3rd refill didlnt go through as insurance changed, but I didn't really need it, to pursure farther with my doctor on filling out forms to send to the insurance to get approval, and that's what Tim Lapp kept asking me about repeatedly, even after many months had gone by and I, obviously, didn't want it. Tim Lapp persisted in trying to get me to have my doctor fill out the necessary forms to get it. I finally told him that I was going to handle it "another way", and that finally stopped his questions. 

Now, I get about 12 prescriptions a month, and have had several prescriptions Denied, and just went on to something else, and NEVER got comments & questions about THOSE. ONLY the Oxycontin one. This really stood out for me and sealed the suspecting into knowing for sure.

I debated about what I should do. But there is really no way to prove something like that. No, I didn't count the pills when I picked them up from the pharmacy or got home. I wondered if I should contact the DEA or not, or the Walgreens manager. But I decided to do nothing, and not waste my time.

I wrote this report on it, just to get it out in the open for me. Yes, if I ever get a strong controlled medication again, I'll be counting them right when I pick it up before I leave Walgreens or other pharmacy.

Is that enough detail for you? By the way, Stacey, the previous person to comment, used nasty words to me, so I'm free to do it also. That message was only for Stacey, not directed at you. My normal conversation doesn't include tose kind of words.

After you confronted him, did you still have the missing pills problem? After you found out, did you count the pills? Your story abruptedly ends and I have no idea whether the problem was solved or escalated. Even though it looks like you are trying to be to the point, there could be something hidden and that may actually elevate your claims (to either creditable or false).

PS: Enough already for your foul language. Educated people do not talk in such a way but rather use reasons. If anger is an issue, maybe it is what causes this whole scene.

No A..hole, I'm not an addict. Thanks for assuming something on no data.  I had hip replacement surgery, which I'm sure you've never had AND was in an automobile accident with severe neck and head trauma just after. I took Oxycontin for 2 months only. Really 10 days less than 2 months as my prescriptions were both shorted 20 pills each. Read the f....ing Report.

And as far at not reporting until now, 2 whole years later: 1. 2 years isn't that long of a time. 2. I'll do my reporting any f...ing time I want to without your approval. 3. I've had nowhere to report this until I just found out about Ripoff Report site 2 days ago. So go stick it up you A.!

 Is is 2014 and you are b****ing about something that happened in almost 2+ years ago?? How do you know they did this?? Did you not check your prescription before leaving the store??? Sounds fishy to me since oxycontin is HIGHLY addictive.  Never met a opiate user who could not quit without help.
