I purchased a combo unit VCR/DVD from the Suwanee Walmart. After using it only about ten (10) time, a tape got caught in the system. Since it would not eject, I called and explained this to Walmart. They asked that I send it to Thompson, Inc. who would repair it. I called Thompson as explained the situation to them and they asked me to ship it to their Texas operation. I did so as a cost of $15.00, all the time wondering why I should pay from returning a defective unit. A couple of months later, I get a bill from The Thompson, Marietta, Ga. unit for $145.55 to pay for the repair. This totally unfair. I was duped and feel a victim of the ole "bait and switch."
