Attorney Walter J.R. Traver, California State Bar Number 113678, of the despicable law firm Musick, Peeler & Garrett, LLP is an Elder Abusing criminal that should be in prison! Walter J. R. Traver provided material assistance to his criminal cohorts at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. in wrongfully withholding funds from a 76 year old individual to extort an unreasonable settlement. 

In California, anyone, including scumbag attorneys that provide material assistance in abusing the elderly is as guilty of elder abuse as the person that directly abused the leder. Walter J.R Traver is a disgusting d****e bag of a human being that merely hides behind his label as an attorney to conduct his criminal activities.

In the aforementioned case, when employees of his client J. P. Morgan Cahse were reported to law enforcement for financially abusing a 76 year old female, Barry Hovis and Walter J.R. Traver instructed J.P. Morgan chase to effectively "lockdown" all of her bank accounts thereby depriving her of HER money in a concerted effort to extort a ridiculous settlement and concession from her family.

Although Barry Hovis & Walter Traver were fully aware of what he was doing was completely wrong in both a moral sense and legal sense, they continued to deprive the 76 year old woman of HER own money that she desparately needed to save her house from foreclosure.  Barry Hovis & Walter Traver were fully aware that deprived of her money that her house was going to be foreclosed, but, nonetheless, Walter Traver refused to provide her family with access to her funds to take care of her and stave off the foreclosure.

Simply put, Walter Traver is an elder abusing criminal that should be in prison.  Moreover, Walter Traver routinely submits documents to the Court with citations to legal authorities that are no longer valid, been specifically rejected or have no relevance.  His factual recitations are equally misleading or flat out wrong which is a crime in the State of California.  In other words, Walter Traver routinely lies to judges.
