I went to Wanner Ford to purchase a used vehicle. The Nissan Sentra was mostly pushed on me.I test drove it and told the salesman it pulls to the left pretty bad. He informed me that it just needed an alignment and that they hadn't got to it yet. I signed the papers on a Saturday at closing time and drove the car home. They put down they owed me an alignment. After I got home , I decided to check the carfax report. Everything was rushed so fast at the dealership, I forgot to ask for it. It had in it that the vehicle was in an accident and the front end was hit. I emailed the dealership Sunday and stated that I didn't want the vehicle. The papers were kept at the dealership until Monday. They me on Monday when I took the down payment up that it was too late and they had someone come in at 7:00 a.m. to get all the paperwork ready to go to the DMV. I was also told after bringing it up that the vehicle indeed had been in an accident and that there was nothing wrong with it. The damage was light. I took the vehicle back a few days later for them to get the alignment done. The salesman drove the car to Hust Tire for the alignment and the next day called me up and said he drove it back to the dealership and it was fine. My wife went up and got it while I was at work.

She said it didn't seem that bad to her. I left it go at that.I had my own vehicle. One day I had to drive it though and I noticed it pulled to the left pretty bad still. I contacted the salesman and told him it wasn't right yet. He said he would contact the service department. I emailed him and stated that I was going to have the alignment checked and also the front end completely checked as well. At that point, he got angry with me.Especially when I said I would contact the state police if something was found. The place I had the alignment checked out at which is GCR Tire, called me at work and asked me if the vehicle was ever in an accident. I said yes and the tech told me that the left side of the vehicle was so far out of spec, the vehicle could not be aligned. For it to be that bad, the spindle was probably bent and the strut was probably bent as well. He gave me the print out.I have tried to contact the dealership and am getting no return calls. I contacted Hurst Tire and after checking, told me he was told just to set the toe and nothing else. It is the caster and camber that are out of specs. I am taking legal action, I want the car replaced. I was lied to from the beginning. Another thing, how could the salesman say it was fine when he drove it from Hurst Tire, when the front end was that bad?
