want 4 cell want4cell.com Cash ripoff scam? Internet

This company advertizes really cheap smart phones.

I ordered a Motorola Android phone for $250 that was selling elsewhere for $350 to $500. I paid for it with my Mastercard.  About a week later I received an email (copy below) which stated that they were having trouble with their credit card merchant and that, if I would wire them cash, they would send the phone within 48 hours.  I did NOT wire the cash, as it smelled like a scam to me.

We are currently having little problems with our credit card merchant, because of some credit card frauds we experience lately, so we can only accept payment from you now via Western union money transfer for now.

I swear with my two kids that if you pay for the phone you will get the package within 48Hrs,I am not suppose to mention my kids into this but i just want you to know how serious I am about this.
 
...The package is already in the United states, so once we are able to confirm your payment delivery proceeds same day.
