I ordered a World of Warcraft account with www.warcraftloot.com, and although their site claims to deliver in 1-4 hours or less...it has been over a week! Furthermore, ALL attempts to contact someone regarding my purchase have been worthless as they have NO phone support, and their website's "Live Support" is non functional. I have sent over a dozen emails begging for someone to tell me what is going on but all i receive is the same automated messages which just detail their "process" of delivering and verifying. This is a total scam, I could just write anything to them and the response would be the same automated responses. No one from thier end has made ANY attempt to contact me or show any interest in fulfilling the order. My account has been charged and I have already filed complaint with paypal. Who knows how that will turn out. I did some research and turns out MANY people have had the same issue with this company. I realize I obviously didn't do my research before purchasing an account with them...but then again I guess I didn't believe that they could be such a blatent scamming company, or whatever they call themselves. They have many other websites like gamepal.com, oloot.com, and several others and they are all the same just different graphics. Every single "Live Support" link on each one is down and of course not a single one has phone support. This is such a blatent scam that I will be seeking legal action against them if my attorney feels such can be taken successfully. Maybe someone will see this before they are thinking about using their "services" and avoid getting scammed!
