Ware Trucking Kelley Printing People are a Rip OFF! Providence Kentucky

The people from Kelley Printing called me and asked me if i wanted to try their ink cartridges. They called several times and I finally talked to them.  I told them that I was unable to make a decision on the ink, but they could send it and I would see what I could do. My boss is the one that makes the decisions. The lady told me that I was under no obligation to buy the product. I never once received a statement on this ink. I did receive the ink, but did not use it. I got a call from Kelley Printing saying they wanted status on the payement for the ink. I told her that we had not used it and I wanted to return it. She said that I could not respond to her that I had to wait until I received a fax from them and then call the number on the fax.  I gave them my fax number, which all this time they had the number reversed and were sending the invoice to the wrong fax number and said that I must have given them the wrong fax number. When I got the invoice and reviewed it, they plainly stated that it was non refundable which never was stated before only exchangable. These people are total crooks. They never once told me anything like that when they talked to me not one time before! When I called the lady she said that I was not allowed to send it back. I told her that I had not even opened any of the boxes could I still send them back. She said NO! you may not send them back, they are nonrefundable, only exchangable. I told her that  I would be seeking legal consultation and they will not be receiving a check or any form of payment in the mail from me! Only the unused ink cartrdges back! DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE FROM KELLY PRINTING, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
