Warner Enterprise ,Warner Enterprises- DESTROYED MY LIFE! Fontana California

I applied at Werner Enterprise and one of the recruiter advised me that they will accept me as a Truck Driver. So, I immediately resigned this month from my previous company where I worked for 7 years and I was making $48K a year. The reason I applied to Werner is because I want to start my career as a Driver and when I have my experience, I have a plan to lease a truck from them and become a owner operator.

Werner already gave me employee number and after 4 days of working I been through the orientation, passed all qualifying exams and Medical & Physical Check up and I'm just waiting for my Trainer Driver.All of a Sudden they informed me that they disqualified me because I don't have Certificate from the school where I got my CDL. They said cannot verified the school and when I went to the school only to find out that they already closed.

I believe the recruiter made a mistake in hiring me. Because from the very start they should have been made all verification and reviewed my application as asked me for my certification, As a recruiter she should have known all the procedures needed to become a Truck Driver. But after I resigned from my worked and been through the 2 days orientation and 2 days waiting for my Trainer Driver all of a sudden my recruiter called me and advised me that I have to check out from the hotel and go home and say sorry only. Now, my life is screwed I'm emotionally disturbed, financially broke. Wondering, what's my life if I didn't applied to Werner Enterprises.

Could anyone please help me and advised me what is the best thing to do? Is there any Legal case I can file against Werner?...
