Buyer Beware. Very disgusting business practices. Take a tape recorder and make them write down everything that you exactly want because they will do a bait and switch on you. Say you want Bridgestone Mud and Snow Tires 17" and they say ok then have them write down Bridgestone Mud and Snow Tires 17" because if they write down just Mud and Snow Tires, I will gaurantee you they will put on whatever they want. Also, they will have you sign a paper saying they did several things like explained vehicle warranty and reviewed factory customer satisfaction survey. I said they did not and the manager said the salesman will in a little bit. So I signed the paper but do you think he ever showed me anything? No because I had signed the paper. The salesman said he was going to put gas in the tank and wash it. Do you think he ever washed it? No. After I had bought the vehicle, I started hearing other stories of people dealing with this business. Very disgusting. Good luck on your next purchase!

This is unfortunate. After looking into this, I have found no proof that anything even remotely close to this ever took place? As of today our customer satisfaction rating is 95.8%. I am a little skeptical of a complaint filed online by a "Paul Bunyon" at almost midnight? (If) this is not a hoax, I would however love to resolve any outstanding issues that may be lingering.......
