This bank do daily computing over credit balance. they reserve their right (ripp off power) and(stealthily) increase their APR. I was so scare of my APR of 30% !!!
So i struggle to paid off my due on 3/6/07. the balance must be equal to 0 on that day and date !!!
The daily computing and charge must stop right away on that day!? NO !?
I just check account online to find out i still be billed UNTIL CLOSING DATE 3/22/07 for $73.92
this is an unfair, dirty practice to rip off/robb unexpected consumer !!! if i ignore this billing, i will be charge for late payment,interest will continue to accrue,i will be report as delinquent !!?
How about the work of silently stealing peopleby increasing APR without warning nor reason ? by continue to charge upon fictive /false balance? who will report them?
T have letter disputing this charge sent to them. may be that is the work of a dishonest employee only ?
