watchUS.com Charged my bank account $98.00 without consent

On 9/25/18 after answering a lengthy survey, I was rewarded by a choice of multiple gifts. I chose the watch, which I assumed was free. The site indicated it was free, however, they wanted a $7.95 shipping fee. I fiqured it was at best a $5.00 cheap watch but I hadn't had one for a while since I always brake the band within a short time, no matter what the type. As I did with this watch as well, only after wearing it two days and then throwing the watch and its broken band in the trash. 

Today I found out that they debited my bank account $98.00 (they had the info since I used it to pay for the shipping) on 10/9/18. When I called them they informed they would not reverse the $98.00 charge because I didn't cancel within 14 days. Cancel what? It is a one-time product! Are they going to try to debit another $98.00 next month?

They say the website had something to this effect and I had agreed to it, obviously without my knowledge. I swear I never saw anything regarding canceling anything and would have declined the entire offer if I had! The watch they sent was cheap and noone in their right mind would pay more than the eight dollras I agreed to! 

This company and its owner have multiple complaints and others should be aware and steer well clear of this rip-off scam. Robert Bernstein Camdenton, Missouri
